An introduction to the Andean cosmovision & the supporting intentions behind this work.
The Prophecy of Uniting Tribes: Eagle (N. America) and the Condor (S. America)
The Prophecy of Uniting Tribes: The Eagle and the Condor— The reintegration of the four cardinal directions, the Prophecies of the Incas, and the uniting force behind the Andean Paqo teachings. In 1949 the Q’ero nation in the Andean mountains came down from their homes to share their long-held wisdom and knowledge with the collective. This wisdom outlined prophecies of the unity of the forces of nature. The uniting eagle and condor is one of the prophecies that have been shared that state the coming of an important time of coalition between North & South America. South America represents our connection to Spirit, to the sacredness of the natural world, our intuition, and our ancestral wisdom. North America represents our cognition, scientific knowledge, and technological advancements. Together, the Eagle and the Condor are prophesied to unite humanity in what would otherwise be their demise. The prophecies are optimistic; they refer to the end of time as we know it – the death of a way of thinking and a way of being, the end of a way of relating to nature and to the earth.
The Prophecy of Pachacuti/Pachacuteq
The Pachacuti/Pachacuteq prophecy is related to the ninth Incan emporer, living in the 14th century, said to have built the modern marvel at Machu Picchu and an embodiment of the Ancient Future. Pacha refers to earth/time/space while cuti refers to a time of settings things right. It has long been prophesized by the natives in Peru that there will come a time where the inequalities and chaos will give way to order. This turning over of time and space is currently happening and we are being given the opportunity to face and rearrange the ways that we relate to ourselves and the beings that we share this Earth with. While it can and undoubtely will be a tumultuous time for some, the outcomes are said to be positive for all beings.
Ayni: Sacred Reciprocity & Right Relationship
The traditions of the Q’ero people and the community of paqos in the High Andes of Peru practice and live according to what they call Ayni.
“Ayni means to exchange with love, a basic law that is known in modern science as the law of cause and effect. Every action has a reaction, every time you give you will receive. When you give with love, you will receive with love too.”
It is the basis of paqo teachings and of the indigenous Andean way of the life. Ayni is not just a concept, it is a deeply embodied way of under/innerstanding of our place in the universe. The Q’eros offer a door that everybody can use to understand how to respect all that is as sacred, because they (along with other ancestral cultures) were and are the guardians & protectors of ancient wisdom. They are the wisdom keepers of Incan energy medicine, ceremonies, rituals, and munay (love). They will be the force that guides this union of cultures and nations in the years to come. The work done here is deeply rooted in the way of Ayni, seeking to reignite and reintegrate ancestral ways of relating to the Earth mother and each other.
My Prayer for All
Oh, Celestial Creators, guide us to a place in consciousness where we can sense, know, and feel our Love, where we can be fulfilled and guided according to the divine will. Loving Mother-Father, I call on you now to help humanity to open our hearts and minds to align with the ultimate Truth so that we may be set free from delusion and illusion once more. Align us, Ancient Ones, with our collective potential and path so that we may learn to live in harmony with ourselves and others throughout all space, time, and dimensions. Bestow upon on the courage and strength to reach toward our destiny, practice unconditional love for one another, and remember our ancient ways.
