It works with the heavy and light aspects of the energy body. The mesa mestana healing consists of two parts: a cleansing/releasing of hucha (density) that has accumulated in the poq’po (energy body) and a reinvigoration of highly refined sami (light) energy. this session looks to fill your body + auric field with more if your own authentic spiritual energy while also getting rid of any foreign, stuck, or stagnant energy currently inhabiting your field. I work directly with the spirits of nature & animals allies to do this work on your behalf. this session can be done remotely or in person. We will start this session with a brief discussion about what you feel you need support with. this is a personalized session to address your specific needs. We will then start the healing which will be anywhere from 60-90 minutes, depending on what I feel, as the practitioner, called to work on during that time. the role as the receiver during this time is to find a comfortable place to lay down/relax. feel free to bring up those things in your heart that are ailing you so that they can be released. The most important thing you need to do before & during the session is to come with an open heart. The medicine will meet you where you're at, so what you're truly ready to move will be able to move. If you're not ready to heal a specific thing, no matter how many sessions we have, It will not be able to move out of your field. so be honest & open to receiving.
